One day my wife texted me that she loves me, but then she said, ”Make today count.” That alone hit me. Yes. I want to make this day and the next day count. I felt that at that moment, she was affirming her belief in me. After seven years of marriage, I have come to realize the real meaning of ”my better half.” I am so in love with who my wife is and who we are together.
“Husbands, go all out in your love for your wives, exactly as Christ did for the church—a love marked by giving, not getting. Christ’s love makes the church whole. His words evoke her beauty. Everything he does and says is designed to bring the best out of her, dressing her in dazzling white silk, radiant with holiness. And that is how husbands ought to love their wives. They’re doing themselves a favor—since they’re already “one” in marriage.”

No matter what, I have a spouse, best friend, and an advocate who encourages me to ”Make the day Count” For today and all the days to come.
