Here is an example of a leadership development activity

Today we will focus on building a sense of awareness. Refer to the scripture above. By focusing on awareness we will harness the power of our collective insights. At any point, during this time, you notice or become aware of an act of kindness or positive gesture, stack and tap your papers in front of you. I will keep a log of who provided the positive act, who noticed the act first and the reaction of the others in the room. We will meet shortly after the meeting to debrief.
